- employ a Service Engineer
- supply a care and maintenance advice leaflet
- provide annual inspections at customer’s request.

We very much hope you don’t have a problem, but if you do please give us a call and we will do our best to fix it – and promptly! As we are a local company, our service engineer is never far away!
In fact, we are so keen for you to tell people that our service was of the highest quality we give you a recommendation card to pass on to your friends. If they place an order with us worth over £500.00, the recommender will get a £20 voucher for either Tesco or Marks & Spencers.
